A small-group (max 4 women) workout for women with some gym experience who are ready to push a little further. A more fast-paced session, ideal for those who have gym experience or have attended a Learn to Lift course. The session is tailored to those booked on.
Focused on building strength, improving technique, and boosting confidence, with a touch of cardio.
